Refund policy

The Jasonian Institute offers returns on all full-price merchandise within 14 days of fulfillment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can follow the link here: RETURNS. If your return is accepted, a label will be automatically generated for you.

Note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any applicable refunds. For more details on these fees for your specific order, contact jasonw.adams1@gmail.com, as each order is different based on location and items purchased. If your item is returned for any other reason than the one specified, it will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is properly packaged and labeled, please drop it off at the corresponding carrier or schedule a pick-up directly from the carrier. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping from. 

International Returns

The Jasonian Institute does not accept international returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you opt in to use Route, you can resolve the issue directly with them using the link above. Please ensure all claims via Route are submitted ASAP, as Route will only accept claims 14 days after delivery and/or shipment based on your specific case. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The Jasonian Institute has the right to refuse returns if you are outside our 14-day return period or you have altered the artwork.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

The Jasonian Institute does not offer exchanges on International orders.

Storage
Artworks damaged due to poor storage or treatment once they have been received will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
